The Birth of an Epic Monday Story.

It was Monday morning.
I woke up at 10.15am.
The ideal plan was to get up at 7.30am.
To what did I wake up, you ask?
MY MOTHER'S FAST FOOTSTEPSSS.
I was not worried about the fact that
she'd be mad at me for missing my lectures, no.
I was worried about the fact that
she'd be mad at me for wasting 3 hours sleeping.
So I chose the chicken way, and hid myself.
I basically spent 2 hours silently preparing to go,
and taking painstakingly meticulous care
not to draw any attention to myself
ESPECIALLY that from my hyperactive dog,
who almost sniffed me out when I was sitting in my wardrobe.
She would definitely give me away, loyal friend or not.
So yes, I was sitting in my wardrobe, hiding.
(then I relocated to my brother's room and sat in HIS wardrobe)
So many times, I thought to myself,
'How the heck am I going to get out of here?!'
Almost all the windows in my house are:
- 'netted' on the outside,
- only moveable from the inside, or
- too small. like the toilet ones.
So in the end, when my mother was doing some gardening,
I literally ninja'd my way to the living room,
pulled open the only window that suited my objectives,
and climbed out of it. (mind you, it was less than 1 m^2)
And I was worried that my neighbours would see me,
freak, and report me for some sort of burglary. LOL
I climbed, landed, and realised, 'CRAP I have no shoes!!!'
So I sneak into the garage and almost get dog-spotted,
but I snatched my sneakers and run to the stop,
shoelaces untied and everything.

Reflecting upon this on the train,
I realised how stupid the whole ninja adventure was.
And reflecting upon this now,
I realised, even more, how stupid it still is.
And also the fact that I slept in until 9am yesterday,
and all Mum said was, 'what are you still doing here!'
And then we carried on and had breakfast at a glacial pace.
Sigh.
Well, it was definitely a fun story to tell.

In other news I am yet again credit-deficient.

Outrage.

DAMN IT.

I had church which finished at about 4.30pm,
and needed to get to a meeting with Hudsons Coffee, my employer.
And so I was sitting on the train, minding my own business
and then I felt this hard slap at the back of my head,
and confuzzled, I look up and see this random guy walk past
He was tall and I'd never met him before, the jerk,
and around me, other passengers were like wth
One lady sitting behind me yelled 'HEY! YOU CAN'T DO THAT'
But he kept walking to the end of the carriage, and sat down.
And it was plainly idiotic because he did it right in front of surveillance
What a tool.
I got off the train at Southern Cross, and then did something daring.
Before I stepped off the train, I turned and stared down the carriage at the guy
He was wearing sunnies but I knew he was looking back
then I walked along the platform, stopped at the door near him,
and took out my phone and took a photo.
He immediately changed seats (LOL), but I got him anyway.

What a &$^%?#*$@. I was so annoyed throughout the day.
And felt racially threatened, as I concluded that this was his basis,
since I could not see another Asian on the train.
SO ANNOYED.

The end.

Worst Spring Ever?

Wow I cannot fathom how I got around to writing up another post.
Most of the time, I just can't be bothered. TOO much to share!!!
But I'll spill this time.

:) I had quite a fun night.
Left the house after dinner, and caught the train to Footscray
because I was meeting up with some old friends,
so we could go to a bar on Flinders Lane to hear some bands play
While I was waiting in Footscrazy/Footscary/Fobscray,
I saw some gangduhhhz getting fined for misbehaving ANDDD
walked past a pair of completely-obviously-gay guys on heels
with styled hair, blazers, and holding some chic umbrellas.
Sometime later, I got on the carriage my friend was on
and directly opposite us were the very same gay-guys
AND THEY WERE SO FUNNY AHAHAHAHAHA.
I won't repeat their dialogues on here because I'll ruin how funny it really was.
Oh gosh they were adorableee :)
We got to Flinders early so we crossed the road to Young&Jackson,
and went upstairs and lounged around on their sofas
over a latte and an iced mocha. (I felt very free and sophisticated)
Then we all finally congregated in Flinders Lane after much searching LOL
Though, the music wasn't top-shelf at first... which was annoying,
because they started to play some good ones when we were leaving
so we headed into the back rooms and put songs on the dukebox,
and sat around with some drinks and well.. socialised. :) It was good fun.
And it was a great catch up. Too bad I screamed myself hoarse.
Photobucket
After midnight we headed out to the city again BUT IT WAS RAINING CRAZY
so three of us (one ran away in her boyyyfriend's carrr) ran out,
under one umbrella LOL.
AND IT WAS HAILING!
So we spent some time on Collins kicking up the ice (got my shoes all wet)
Photobucket
and then took the tram and got off at the wrong stop,
before strolling towards Flinders Street Station empty-stomached
where I bid them my farewells and jumped on the last train
and walking home for an exhilarating half hour
It would have been a lot more fun walking if I wasn't busting to go to the loo
:) I love the peace and quietness every night. Here's hoping it never changes.

Arigatogozaimasu.

I went to kendo training today!
And we had 20 Sensei(s) from Japan!
TWENTAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.
They gave short seminars on particular techniques
and one was on breathing
I didn't really understand--apparently,
the more you breathe, the more likely you are to lose?!
Anyway, Shina-Sensei did a demo with his student
(who was Canadian. I found that fascinating)
and they BREATHED LIKE THEY WERE EATING AIR
It was intense.
Then we tried to breathe like they did.
I almost blacked out HAHAHA. But wasn't the only one.
Then we sparred with the 20 (TWEEEENTAAAAYYY) Sensei
and after training, we bowed to each other
and we offered tenegui (cloths for men, the head-piece) as gifts
and they gave us some of theirs as well
(which were wayy prettier)
as well as some pieces of cloth with writing on them.
I GOT ONEEE
Photobucket
I thought it was lovely. :)
Oh, and in other news, GUESS WHAT I'VE BEEN MADLY WATCHING.
Photobucket
That's right.
It has now become my sleep-remedy. I must have an ep every night.
And that's ep for episode. Not epileptic fit ;D

'Laters'.

A Handful of Random Things.

i.  I was working at Hudsons Coffee today,
and one of the customers had the odd-est accent.
Lady: Hi can I plehs get a stundard berreh smootheh?
Me: Yessure. Can I grab your name for the order?
Lady: It's Jenneh.
Me: Jenneh.. O_O. Jenny?!
Lady (or should I say, Ladeh): Yeh Jenneh.
Lol.

the one who smiles perpetually and thanks everyone.
YOU'RE AWESOME!!!

iii. Daria and I are finally reunited after all these years.
I'm going to OD on the series soon.
Thanks Daniel--YOU'RE AWESOME!!!

and was walking and talking with my neighbour
Then I see this white car next to us
Daniel waves from inside and tells me to get in

- a papercut on my knuckle
- a papercut on my right ring finger
- 2 papercuts next to each other on the same thumb (??)
- a stab wound from a screwdriver on my left thumb

Gross? I thought so too.
